Thank you for your interest in staying at Julia's Bed and Breakfast. Check-in time 4:00 pm - 8:00 pm. If you will be later than
8:00 pm please call to make arrangements. Check-out time by 11:00 am. Queen & King size rooms require a $75 dollar deposit per night.
Payment in full is due at check-in. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discovery, Amex credit cards, travelers checks, and cash.
Cancellation Policy:
If you need to cancel the reservation within 10 days of your stay you will be charged the room price and given a cancellation voucher less the $75 night room deposit. Cancellations made 11 to 15 days prior to your stay will be charged half the room price and given a cancellation voucher with no penalty. Cancellations made more than 16 days from your scheduled stay will be charged the room deposit and give a voucher with no penalty. All cancellation vouchers are good for six months.
Gift Certificates:
Gift Certificates are valid for one year from the date of purchase. Gift Certificates can be purchased for a dollar
amount or for a specific room. Gift Certificates may include massages and/or a candlelight dinner.
Weather Cancellations:
If State Police announces a State of Emergency and advises motorists to stay off the roadways
the customer will receive a Cancellation Voucher with no penalty fees.
Group Booking Policy:
Group bookings require a $75 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit per room with 50% of the balance due 60
days before arrival and the total balance due 30 days before arrival all NON-REFUNDABLE.
