Gift Certificate:

Gift Certificates can be purchased for a dollar amount or for a specific room and may include massages and/or a candelight dinner. Gift Certificates are great for friends, family or business associates. Please choose from the following options and an associate will contact you within 24 hours.

Gift Certificate Exensions:

If a Gift Certificate Recipient requests a time extension to their certificate, the following reductions would be based on the total value of the Gift Certificate. You will receive a new certificate with the extension date you have requested.

For a 3 month extension the Gift Certificate would be reduced 20%
For a 6 month extension the Gift Certificate would be reduced 30%
For a 9 month extension the Gift Certificate would be reduced 40%
For a 12 month extension the Gift Certificate would be reduced 50%

Room Cancellations :

Room reservation cancellation policies are the same for Gift Certificates and cash customers.

If you need to cancel the reservation within 10 days of your stay you will be charged the room price and given a cancellation voucher less the $75 per night room deposit.
Cancellations made 11 to 15 days prior to your stay will be charged half the room price and given a cancellation voucher with no penalty. Cancellations made more than 16 days from your scheduled stay will be charged the room deposit and given a voucher with no penalty. All cancellation vouchers are good for six months. (Note! Gift Certificate holders will lose value on their certificate if they cancel within the policy terms)

Weather Cancellations:

If State Police announces a State of Emergency and advises motorists to stay off the roadways the customer will receive a Cancellation Voucher with no penalty fee's.
